The press award for journalists in papers, magazines, radio and television who spread the knowledge, image, culture, identity and quality of Italian deli meats
IVSI created and promoted the press award with the contribution of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies since 2004. This award was created with the aim of recognizing the merit of journalists in the press and radio-tv who contribute to the enhancement of Italian food products, in particular cured meats. The award aims to report to the general public the daily work of those journalists who promote quality food products and the traditional Italian products, using the pages of their newspapers, radio and television broadcasts, and the web too. The award is international and takes into account news both by Italian and foreign languages issued in Italy as well as on foreign media.
